The internal regulations
General rule
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Check-in: from 12:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out: on request at reception
Please return your room card to reception upon departure. If lost, a replacement fee of 5,000 FCFA will be charged.
Room maintenance
Daily cleaning: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please use the "Do Not Disturb / Thank you for cleaning the room" door sign.
Sheets & towels changed every 3 days (unless otherwise requested)
Hotel Rules
Any damage or theft of equipment will be charged
Unauthorized electrical appliances (stoves, irons, etc.) are prohibited.

Safe
1. The factory password of this product is three digits “159”.
2. Open the door, press [SET], then two beeps. The yellow indicator lights up. Set a 3-8 digit password, then press the [#] key to confirm.
3. Open the door: Enter the correct password, press the [#] key to confirm, and then two beeps will sound. The green light will turn on. Turn the handle to open the door within 5 seconds.
4. If the password is entered incorrectly three times in a row, the door will be locked for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, if the password is entered incorrectly three times in a row, the door will be locked for 5 minutes.
5. Close the door and turn the handle counterclockwise to lock it.
