House Rules
General rule
- Quiet hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am
- Check-in: from 12:00pm
- Check-out: before 11:00am
- Late check-out: on request at the front desk
- Please return your room card to the front desk on departure. A replacement fee of 5,000 FCFA applies if lost.
Room housekeeping
- Daily cleaning: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Please use the door sign "Do Not Disturb / Please Make Up Room"
- Sheets & towels changed every 3 days (unless requested otherwise)
Hotel rules
- Any damage to or theft of equipment will be charged
- Unauthorised electrical appliances (hot plates, irons, etc.) are prohibited
Safety & liability
- The hotel accepts no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings, even if placed in the safe
- In case of fire, follow the instructions posted behind the door
- For any emergency, contact the front desk

Safe
- 1The factory password for this unit is the three digits '159'.
- 2Open the door, press [SET], then two beeps sound. The yellow light comes on. Set a password of 3 to 8 digits, then press [#] to confirm.
- 3To open: enter the correct password, press [#] to confirm, then two beeps sound. The green light comes on. Turn the handle to open the door within 5 seconds.
- 4If the wrong password is entered three times in a row, the door locks for 20 seconds. If it is entered incorrectly three more times after that, the door locks for 5 minutes.
- 5Close the door and turn the handle counter-clockwise to lock it.
