General rule

• Quiet hours: 9:00pm – 8:00am
• Check-in: from 12:00pm
• Check-out: before 11:00am
• Late check-out: on request at the front desk
• Please return your room card to the front desk on departure. A replacement fee of 5,000 FCFA applies if lost.

Room housekeeping

• Daily cleaning: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Please use the door sign "Do Not Disturb / Please Make Up Room"
• Sheets & towels changed every 3 days (unless requested otherwise)

Hotel rules

• Any damage to or theft of equipment will be charged
• Unauthorised electrical appliances (hot plates, irons, etc.) are prohibited

Safety & liability

• For your valuables, use the in-room safe or leave them with reception
• In case of fire, follow the instructions posted behind the door
• For any emergency, contact the front desk

Air Conditioning

1. 1On / off: point the remote at the unit (within 8 m) and press ON/OFF.
2. 2Cooling: press MODE until COOL (snowflake ❄) appears. Modes cycle through AUTO, COOL, DRY (dehumidify), HEAT, FAN (fan only).
3. 3Temperature: TEMP ▲ or ▼, 1 °C per press, from 16 to 30 °C. For a cool but comfortable night, 24 to 26 °C is enough.
4. 4Fan speed: press FAN to choose AUTO, low, medium or high (not adjustable in AUTO and DRY modes).
5. 5Air direction: SWING makes the louvres sweep; press again to fix them.
6. 6Sleep timer: press TIMER (or TIMER OFF), then TEMP ▲: +30 min per press up to 10 h, then +1 h. Point at the unit for one second to confirm; set 0.0 h to cancel.
7. 7Night: SLEEP gently raises the temperature while you sleep, for more comfort and less noise.
8. 8Keep doors and windows closed so the room cools quickly. Remote not responding? Reception will bring you new batteries.
